About the Role
We're seeking a Strategic Product Lead for our Salesforce Partners team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you'll drive product requirements definition, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to propose new product solutions and review existing functionality.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Drive Product Planning and Roadmap Development - create high-quality product roadmaps and manage backlog
- Build and Communicate Product Vision - clearly communicate product benefits to internal users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Design Teams - deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products
- Create OKRs and Track Progress - establish clear goals and metrics for success
- Explore New Ways to Improve Existing Services - analyze complex business requirements and translate them into simple, friendly, and intuitive products
- Nurture Strong Relationships with Business Stakeholders - build credibility and effectively align and communicate product vision
Requirements for Success
- Experience in Product Management - solid background in product management experience in Salesforce complex initiatives
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills - use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate, and improve products
- Prioritization and Decision-Making - prioritize tasks and make pragmatic decisions
- Agile Development Experience - familiarity with agile development environments
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - actively listen and influence decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field - engineering/software development background preferred
- Advanced/Fluent Level of English
