Regional Business Operations Manager

O Supervisor de Negócios Regionais é responsável por garantir o desempenho e a satisfação das lojas da região. Com uma abordagem focada em resultados, essa posição exige habilidades de liderança e gestão de pessoas para desenvolver equipes competentes e eficazes.
Funções Principais:
- Acompanhar o desempenho das lojas da região;
- Desenvolver e gerenciar equipes de vendas para alcançar metas e indicadores (KPIs);
- Assegurar o cumprimento de metas e indicadores (KPIs);
- Realizar treinamentos, feedbacks e desenvolvimento da equipe para melhorar suas habilidades e conhecimentos;
- Garantir a padronização visual e organizacional das lojas;
- Acompanhar controle de estoque, inventários e reposição de produtos;
- Dentre outras atividades.
Para atuar com sucesso nessa posição, é necessário ter experiência em cargos de supervisão ou gerência, além de habilidades em gestão de pessoas, liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes. É fundamental também ter conhecimentos em rotinas operacionais de loja, boa comunicação e organização.
