Job Title: Sales Specialist Job Summary: Danfoss is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to develop and manage Mining & Metals accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level and must be based in Belo Horizonte. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance standard guidelines and procedures * Administer inventories, overdues, and purchases * Develop relationships and establish contacts with strategic customers * Administer sales closing, carry out, validate, and support with presentations * Analyze the macroeconomic environment and impacts to the market to ensure desired sales growth * Responsible for updating CRM and pipeline Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business or engineering * Outstanding communication and business acumen * Sales experience stemming from a technical background * Understanding of the Mining and Metals industries * Ability to collaborate with others in a matrix organization * Advanced English proficiency About Danfoss: At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
