About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to employees, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction. This includes:

  • Triage, service support and execution of L1 support tickets;
  • Life-cycle management of IT assets for end-users, including provisioning, maintenance, off-boarding and disposal;
  • KPIs monitoring and follow-up, mainly for service and performance indicators;

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT or related field, complete or still coursing;
  • Experience in ticketing systems, such as those used in Help Desks;
  • Technical knowledge in macOS systems, both hardware and software;
  • Knowledge of IT processes related to ticket management and assets management;
  • Intermediary proficiency in English.
