Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts to drive business growth.
  • Define value and increase adoption with assigned clients to secure retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Cultivate client reference ability to support the Sales organization in closing processes.
  • Foster executive-level engagements including value assessment, product strategy, and business relationship development.
  • Measure and monitor customer performance indicators, reporting internally and externally.
  • Identify and manage escalations for successful resolution through internal and external team action items.
  • Develop strategic account plans for 100% consumption and growth based on customer goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors, identify new use cases, and expand organizational contacts to realize customer value and success.
  • Oversee renewal, health, and risk forecasting for client portfolios.
