Key Account Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Strategist to drive business growth and success for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

The Key Account Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing client expectations and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities Include:

  • Initiating/drafting scope documents and chaperoning proposals for client review and approval
  • Facilitating base-level client contact, management of status meetings, organizing information shared by and with the client, and ensuring agency procedures are followed
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of client businesses, industries, and competition

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account and/or Project Management
  • Deep understanding of the business issues clients face in a variety of industries
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client facing
  • Self-starter who is proactive, positive, and adaptable with a problem-solving approach
  • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage up and know when to escalate internal and/or client concerns
  • Can identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
  • Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
  • Collaborative and able to effectively work across different teams and personalities
  • Lead open, collaborative discussions with the ability to motivate and inspire others
