The internship program in Brazil is designed to train and develop students for tasks related to the business category. The main objective of this internship is to provide students with hands-on experience in a corporate environment, enabling them to develop their knowledge and skills in business management.
The internship crew in Brazil consists of two primary areas: Market Intelligence and Pricing/Promo and P&L management support. As part of the internship program, the intern professional will be involved in a series of activities and functions aimed at developing their knowledge and experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in daily operations of the business personal systems category
- Support list price, tier pricing, and promo management activities
- Maintain sell-through data (Sell-in / Sell-out, Channel Inventory, Aged Inventory)
- Assist in product creation and setup process (Product and SKU setup)
- Contribute to category business scorecards and KPIs dashboards/reports (P&L, Outlook, Execution, Forecast, Promos and Price/Cost tracking/analysis)
- Create and manage dashboards, spreadsheets, and BI's to support product and portfolio management (PFV, Features Trend, Market Size, Market Trend)
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, consumer trends, and market conditions to support category 4P strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection
- Drive automation opportunities internally with our local R&D team
- Suggest innovative ideas to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through process improvement initiatives
**Education Requirements:**
Enrolled in University with majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Analysis Technology, Administration, Business, Marketing or Engineering.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel (Macro, Pivot table, Vlookup etc.)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. MS PowerBI)
- Analytical and data modeling skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level English/Spanish language skills with a willingness to learn and develop
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude, teamwork, enthusiasm, and curiosity
- Knowledge of technology area and commercial business knowledge is a plus
**Note:** Finance knowledge, especially cost and pricing, is highly valued
