We are a payment technology partner to leading brands, providing the intelligence and technology they need to thrive globally. Our Assistant Partnership Manager LATAM role focuses on building and managing partnerships with top payment platforms.
Responsibilities:- Owning sales/AM queries until resolution, escalating as needed.
- Managing payment partners for operational efficiency.
- Maintaining our internal CRM (Salesforce).
- Reflecting newly onboarded payment providers in CRM, including creating entries, updating pricing and capabilities information, and creating individual overview documents.
- Collaborating with product and tech support teams.
- Drafting and maintaining internal onboarding procedures and training materials.
Key skills include:
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- E-commerce industry experience and knowledge.
- CRM tool expertise, specifically Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong background in online payments.
- Service-oriented attitude, excellent client retention skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Achievement-oriented and capable of handling intense workloads.
