We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Team Manager to lead our onboarding, expansion and retention teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and developing leaderships, hiring high-performance talent, and building scalable processes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic vision, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- To coach and develop leaderships with a focus on efficiency
- To lead onboarding, expansion and retention teams ensuring goals and follow-up rituals
- To build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency
- To establish clear KPIs (MRR, churn, NRR, activation, onboarding time) and ensure their achievement
- To ensure product adoption based on data and personalized journeys
- To identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- To reduce churn through action plans based on data and feedback
You will need to have previous experience in CS leadership, advanced English, strategic vision, excellent communication and stakeholder management, experience with tools like Hubspot CRM, analytical ability to make data-driven decisions, and an owner profile: responsible for results, not just processes.
