We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Partner Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with partners, enabling Dell teams on the partnership, and growing awareness of open source capabilities on Canonical Ubuntu.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive partnerships forward and deliver results-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS
- ENABLE DELL TEAMS ON THE PARTNERSHIP
- SELL OPEN SOURCE CAPABILITIES ON CANONICAL UBUNTU
- DIGITALIZE DELIVERY OF SOFTWARE ECOSYSTEM SERVICES
- EXPERIENCE IN ALLIANCE OR INDIRECT SALES MANAGEMENT ROLES
- AUTONOMOUS DISCIPLINED HANDS-ON GET-IT-DONE MENTALITY
- ABILITY TO CAPTURE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS EVALUATE GAPS IDENTIFY AND CREATE OPPORTUNITIES
- PASSIONATE ABOUT UBUNTU PRODUCTS AND MISSION
- CERTAINLY COMFORTABLE IN FAST-PACED HIGH-PRESSURE ENVIRONMENTS WITH MEASURABLE GOALS
- Experience with Linux virtualization containers and other cloud technologies
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION PRESENTATION SKILLS
- TEAM PLAYER SUPERIOR ACCOUNTABILITY CUSTOMER SUPPORT SKILLS
- CREDIBILITY WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF DELLS PRODUCT GO-TO-MARKET MOTION AND FIELD
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and track record of operational excellence
