Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator

About the Role:

The Procurement Administrator Analyst will be responsible for overseeing site supplies to ensure they meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements. This role involves guaranteeing the availability of components purchased and subcontracted required by the manufacturing plan, anticipating component and material interruptions, and communicating with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Supplies: Guarantee logistical technical data (batch size, lead time, multiple supplies) and keep this data up-to-date. Analyze requirements, check the accuracy of elements produced by the information system, generate supply requests to suppliers.
  • Evaluate Supplier Performance Daily: Update the Average Daily Consumption. Organize one-off transport for purchases after seeking approval from his/her line manager.
  • Monitor Supplier Performance Daily: Record incidents and issue demerit points.
  • Support in Creating Instruction Sheets and Identify Common Issues Within Scope.
  • Manage Stocks, Optimize Component Stock Levels Based on Min/Max and Consumption: Analyze stocks (obsolete, dormant) and propose an action plan.
  • Notify Planning Colleagues of All Elements That May Have an Impact: Extension of Deadline, Possible Interruption.
  • Manage Subcontracting: Record, validate and send supply requests to subcontractors and monitor supplier inventories.
