Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller to join our team in a leadership capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in accounting or finance roles and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within finance, familiarity with Finance as a Service (FaaS) models, and advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Professional certification is also desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Support the back office functions for clients by ensuring integration of People, Process, Technology, Organization, and Data.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
  • Oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
