  • Lifecycle Campaigns: Develop and execute retention-focused lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyze retention metrics and customer behavior data to refine strategies and measure success.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in retention initiatives.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on retention strategies and campaigns to continuously improve.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on retention performance and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
