Role Overview
We are in search of seasoned account executives who have demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and possess experience in selling intricate software solutions. The primary focus of this role is to secure new business opportunities with an emphasis on API technology, while facilitating our clients' profitable growth in a challenging market landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, capable of developing a strategic territory plan targeting specific accounts with a focus on API solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business sales and manage accounts within the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to formulate direct sales strategies and market development initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Foster and enhance strategic client relationships to further business development.
- Partner with local system integrators to strengthen Axway's presence in key verticals.
- Work alongside the marketing team to design campaigns and programs aimed at building a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and booking targets.
- Drive new sales opportunities across designated sectors and territories to meet established goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology sales, specifically within a multinational software organization.
- Established relationships with major accounts in the LATAM region.
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for training and corporate events.
- Familiarity with API Management, IPAAS, Managed File Transfer, Mobile, Digital, and B2B solutions is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
