This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the C-level of the local business, requiring close collaboration with global technology, product, and business teams to ensure world-class delivery and operational excellence in a dynamic market.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy for our online platform. You will oversee multiple engineering teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products and services that drive sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Serve as the primary technology partner for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on delivery, quality, and performance standards.
Oversee the technology roadmap, balancing rapid delivery with technical debt management and long-term scalability.
Drive cross-team communication and collaboration, ensuring information flows seamlessly across all teams and business verticals.
Remove organizational and technical impediments, enabling teams to achieve ambitious goals on time and with high quality.
Champion talent development, retention, and engagement, participating in recruitment and succession planning.
Provide strategic direction for information systems and technology operations within the market.
Maintain a strong focus on process improvement, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Represent the technology function in executive and cross-functional forums, providing insight and leadership on technical challenges.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldor equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing software engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced international environment.
Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and planning skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience in the online betting, gaming, or related digital industries is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
