Overview

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition expert to lead our recruitment efforts. This key role will oversee the entire hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and be able to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage candidate sourcing and engagement, including building talent pipelines and utilizing various recruitment channels.
  • Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and select candidates based on qualifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, making recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Proven knowledge of talent management theories, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in Dutch.
