Key Talent Acquisition Analytics Role

  • The global talent acquisition analytics team is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development of advanced analytics and automation systems for TA reporting and analytics.
  • As an individual contributor in a manager-level role, you will design and implement efficient automated processes to transform our manual tracking into scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct an inventory assessment of current metrics, reports, and processes tracked within the global TA organization, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop or influence the creation of interactive dashboards and self-service reporting tools to enable stakeholders to access real-time data without manual requests.
  3. Coach and advise global stakeholders on interpreting data, deriving insights, and making evidence-based decisions to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  4. Navigate competing stakeholder priorities effectively, providing tailored analytics support and acting as a service-oriented partner to align on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition analytics, HR reporting, or a similar data-focused role, with proven expertise in automating reports and metrics.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus for regional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach stakeholders on data-driven decision-making, with examples of influencing business outcomes through analytics.
  • Experience applying predictive analytics to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions in talent acquisition or related fields.
