As a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through effective account planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Planning: Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and Kerry's business strategy.
- Sales Forecasting: Build and manage the sales forecast and oversee the customer portfolio.
- Bid Negotiations: Lead account planning for major clients and manage BID negotiations to grow the business.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Spanish is an asset.
- Experience: Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
- Communication and Relationship-Building: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Seniority Level: Entry level.
