Account Growth Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Manager to drive sales processes from key clients, presenting products and negotiating deals. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to expand the sales base.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, particularly in RPA and AI, and will be able to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. You will also provide tailored solutions meeting customers' objectives, track industry trends and market conditions for new business opportunities, and offer market feedback to enhance product offerings and positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the sales base.
  • Drive sales processes from key clients, presenting products and negotiating deals.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide tailored solutions meeting customers' objectives.
  • Track industry trends and market conditions for new business opportunities.
  • Offer market feedback to enhance product offerings and positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience in software sales, particularly in RPA and AI.
  • Success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
