- Assist in organizing client training sessions.
- Build and sustain relationships with accreditation organizations.
- Contribute to social media engagement and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team as needed.
- Support marketing initiatives when required.
- Uphold a professional corporate image consistently.
- Travel as necessary to meet client needs.
- Engage in additional sales activities as required.
Measurement of Success:
- Achieve annual sales targets as outlined for the customer portfolio.
- Effectively execute the territory strategy.
- Gather feedback from commercial clients.
- Foster collaboration and support across departments.
- Maintain a close partnership with the Operations Department to ensure successful sales delivery.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to guarantee timely invoicing and payment processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in B2B sales or training operations.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Educational background at the graduation level, ideally in administration, commerce, or finance.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, ambitious, and well-organized.
