
Trade Development Manager

This role focuses on managing and developing trade agreements, service contracts, and business opportunities within the Asia region. You will support the organization's strategic objectives in accordance with the Asia Trade Strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to achieve optimal rates and services.
- Provide product and market expertise to customers.
- Negotiate competitive rates for all segments and monitor local charges.
- Establish country-specific rates with carriers and understand their needs.
- Monitor key accounts' performance and resolve any space or equipment issues.
- Research and develop strategies to improve assigned trade lanes.
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Senior-level experience in trade management, commercial operations, and pricing processes.
- Prior experience working with Latin American countries is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
