Procurement Vision Manager

This role involves establishing and executing a regional multi-year procurement vision within the globally defined strategy.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive procurement network, prioritize actions and manage related resources.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Category Management and Group Sites to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute the multi-year strategy, working cross-functionally to support stakeholders on quality, delivery, costs, and risks aspects.
  • Manage procurement spend, categorize it appropriately within the spend cube, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Global Procurement to define target vendors and suppliers' footprint.
  • Lead negotiations on direct materials and indirect spends, delegate or participate in significant negotiations.
  • Pursue continuous cost reduction through new supplier development and renegotiations.
  • Deliver transformation initiatives and savings on categories under management, aligned with Procurement team targets.
  • Support local internal customers, provide follow-up, and add value to their areas.
  • Ensure comprehensive contract management is in place and maintained at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
  • Master's Degree/MBA desirable.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Procurement.
  • Fluent in English, advanced in Spanish.
  • Vision, collaboration, team working skills essential.
  • Adapted to matrix reporting environments.
  • Leadership and great communication skills required.
  • Flexibility and ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle tight timelines.
  • Available for national and international travel when needed.
