ServiceNow: A Leader in Cloud Computing

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with mid-to-large-size enterprises, identifying new business opportunities, and passing them on to our Field Sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within target accounts
  • Understand an organization's goals and objectives
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass them to Field Sales team members
  • Partner with Field Sales to create regional territory plans
  • Use our technologies to prioritize, disposition, and manage marketing leads to maintain service level agreements with Marketing

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Spanish and English advanced conversational level required
  • A creative and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling
  • A general understanding of Cloud Computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to differentiate yourself to customers
  • Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
