This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Bank of America. As an Academy Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating logistics for regional curriculum, learning events, and hosting sessions.
  • Supporting the regional Professional Skills offering.
  • Developing and maintaining the Academy LATAM Learning Catalog and specific learning pathways.
  • Engaging with vendors on learning initiatives.
  • Leading regional learning event implementation per LOB client requirements.
  • Partnering with the HR team on LOB bespoke learning engagements.
  • Collaborating with the reporting team to format data for Tableau report generation.
  • Ensuring learning governance for delivery of learning.
  • Managing vendor engagement, including Purchase Orders, NDA's, and Invoice processing.
  • Capacity management: Regular review and flag with process lead any opportunities to maximize/streamline.

Requirements:

  • Experience in learning and development, preferably in the financial services industry or global organizations.
  • Ability to navigate a global and matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish speaking a plus.
