Evermonte is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the National Management of the Retail Business Unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our retail presence across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on the retail channel. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a national sales strategy that aligns with our company's short, medium, and long-term objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute National Sales Strategy: Redefine and implement the national sales strategy for retail channels, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values.
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Foster high-level relationships with key strategic clients, aiming to build lasting partnerships and maximize business potential.
  • Identify and Capitalize on Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth, promoting capillarization and expansion of our business unit in strategic regions.
  • Lead and Develop Sales Team: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of innovation, responsibility, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other areas to ensure integrated and efficient performance in the market.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and threats, and adjust our strategy accordingly.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control the sales budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency of operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed degree, preferably with a postgraduate or MBA.
  • Experience: Solid experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on the retail channel.
  • Skills: Proven ability in team management, talent development, results orientation, and analytical skills.
  • Availability: Availability for frequent travel.
