About the Position

At our organization, we're building a team of skilled professionals to drive business growth. We're seeking a seasoned leader to join us as VP Solutions focused on Strategic Accounts (Tier 1 & 2). This individual will lead a team of solutions business architects and solution sellers to work with existing account teams and target new opportunities globally, particularly in the Americas.

We aim to empower our teams to sell business applications solutions and set them up for success in a fast-paced environment. Integrity, reliability, talent, and effort are all equally important at our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple sales teams selling to Tier 1 & 2 accounts, ensuring they have the tools necessary to meet ambitious business goals.
  • Work with Product and Marketing Leadership to provide critical field input for next-generation analytics-based cloud solutions.
  • Contribute to bid strategy, win themes, and differentiators based on AI technologies like GenAI, LLMs, computer vision, NLP, predictive modeling.
  • Co-lead business and account planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Cultivate a team of sales solutions professionals through coaching, leadership, and recruitment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Pre-sales or client-facing architecture experience involving AI, data science, or analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-enabled business solutions for Communications Service Providers.
  • Complex sales cycle management from business champion to CEO/CFO/CMO level.
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales/pre-sales and account management experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
