This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Admissions Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and attracting new students to our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to engage with parents and prospective students;">
  • Curate and create high-quality content for social media platforms, including images and videos;">
  • Design and produce visual materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations to showcase our schools and programs;">
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to attract new students;">
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and prospective students, responding to inquiries and providing information about our schools and programs;">
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students;">
  • Assist with events and activities that promote our schools and programs;">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team leader.">

Requirements:**

  • ">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred;">
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;">
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing and recruitment;">
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools preferred.">
