Account Management Professional
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving mutual business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Process: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand the sales base with high-value clients.
- Build Relationships: Nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings and market positioning.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and relevant experience in account management or a similar field is essential.
