Facility Maintenance Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

GEES S/A is a prominent enterprise operating in Maranhão and Piauí, boasting over four decades of expertise in the agricultural sector. The organization manages multiple farms across these states and engages in diverse areas including agrochemicals, crop nutrition, farming, logistics, machinery, and trading. We invite you to consider a role as a FACILITY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute cleaning and upkeep tasks for both internal and external company facilities, which includes collecting and replacing waste bags, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning windows, furniture, doors, hallways, staircases, restrooms, storage areas, etc., while eliminating dirt, dusting surfaces, and restocking restroom supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap;
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials;
  • Utilize cleaning tools, products, and materials effectively, adhering to the specific guidelines for each item;
  • Keep the workspace, tools, and equipment tidy and well-organized;
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as internal company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of elementary education;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively;
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in maintenance;
  • Willingness to work on a biweekly schedule.
