Business Development Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers.
  • Expand presence within high-impact segments through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates.
  • Maintain existing KOLs relationships and performance.
  • Provide timely customer service and issue resolution to Crypto.com's Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and within the Blockchain influencer community.
  • Attend conferences, represent Crypto.com, and engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs.
  • Conduct community outreach activities and research market & competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients.

About You:

  • Shape meaningful partnerships that drive value for both Crypto.com and your clients.
  • Tackle challenges with creativity and expertise.
  • Craft new incentives for VIP clients, design tailor-made programs for brokers, and launch innovative affiliate campaigns.
  • Develop never-before-seen products for partners.
