Job Title: Owner Relations Specialist

 

The role of an Owner Relations Specialist is a pivotal one, serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners.

This professional will communicate with property owners, relay information to internal teams, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
  • Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Excellent English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
