A seasoned relationship manager is required to manage a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM, enhancing customer experience and fostering client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a high-value client portfolio through effective relationship management.

- Develop customized service processes and systems to track client status.
- Analyze client behavior and prepare detailed customer analysis reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide tailored service solutions and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of sales and client services experience with international banking background.
- Proven experience managing institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with trading platforms or exchanges is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English, with Spanish as an added value.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
