Business Development Representative

This is a remote position that requires a proactive and goal-oriented individual to lead the way in generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and identify potential customers using various channels such as email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Research target companies to understand their needs and align with our company's offerings.
- Conduct high-volume outbound activities to engage with prospects and schedule discovery and sales meetings.
- Maintain and update all lead and prospect information in our CRM.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as call volumes, emails sent, leads generated, and meetings set.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role in the Custom Software Development/IT Industry.
- Strong cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and prospecting tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and taking initiative.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high levels of motivation and positivity.
