This key role presents a unique chance to become part of an expanding and dynamic team as a Strategic Engagement Leader.
You will be responsible for leading various projects, overseeing junior team members, and enhancing your consulting expertise.
Primary Responsibilities- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information; generating insights from analyses.
- Preparing and presenting information and insights in an impactful way to help drive client insights and engagement delivery.
- Delivering a range of business solutions, preparing reports and other deliverables that meet client needs.
- Facilitating and working with client teams with a client-centric mindset, managing and designing client sessions.
- Ensuring work is 'client ready' (e.g., error-free, aligned with expectations, ready to be shared with the client) and actively managing expectations with the team.
- Planning and prioritizing work ensuring team deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Contributing to proposals (e.g., supporting content development of project design and approaches and case studies) and mobilizing 'won' initiatives.
- Building and sharing reusable, client-ready materials, insights (including case studies) and project learnings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across the organization globally.
- Contributing to thought leadership and supporting the development of products, tools, and methodologies.
- Involving yourself in internal initiatives, supporting ongoing improvements of business and employee experience; many initiatives are global and will provide an opportunity to build a global network.
