About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build operational excellence and provide strategic advisory to the sales leadership team.
  • Work with commercial and cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a global scope.
  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team.
  • Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance.
  • Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and seller productivity.
  • Present reports to senior sales leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
Requirements
  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning.
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses).
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel.
  • Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership).
  • Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations).
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM (a plus).
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
