We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities- Build operational excellence and provide strategic advisory to the sales leadership team.
- Work with commercial and cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a global scope.
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team.
- Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance.
- Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and seller productivity.
- Present reports to senior sales leadership.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
- Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning.
- Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
- Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses).
- Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel.
- Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership).
- Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations).
- Problem Solving skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM (a plus).
