
Director of Growth Opportunities

We seek an experienced professional to drive revenue growth, expand product lines, enter new markets and improve customer satisfaction by identifying, evaluating and developing strategic business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations for new product offerings and expansion into new markets.
- Manage the development and implementation of account business development activities, including product gap identification and account discovery process.
- Lead local implementation teams to drive growth initiatives and ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years experience directly related to position, with 5+ years in financial analysis, sales, negotiation or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers.
- Capacity to analyze financial and operational data, statements and projections, with knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% domestically and internationally, with comfort working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
