About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to collaborate closely with sales teams, articulating our approach and methodology for delivery projects. This strategic role requires shaping proposal estimates and plans, assembling our part in proposals, including scoping, estimating, and costing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new service opportunities, develop scalable solutions addressing client pain points, engage in sales cycles, and design, estimate, and scope engagements.
  • Provide continuous feedback to refine and customize our service offerings.
  • Built strong relationships across all levels and possess a proven track record of managing global service engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting projects, solutions, or managed services within a Software/SaaS environment.
  • Proven skills in sales outcomes, proposal estimation, and project scoping.
  • Familiarity with bilingual communication (English + Portuguese and/or Spanish).
