The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing supplier negotiations, handling pricing analysis and sourcing processes, driving sustainability initiatives, identifying spend and cost saving opportunities, leveraging AI and innovation, and fostering collaboration and building strong cross-functional relationships within procurement and other business functions.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Negotiation: Prepare and lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct thorough pricing analysis and sourcing processes to ensure maximum value for the organization.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
  • Cost Savings: Identify and implement strategies to reduce spend and increase cost savings.
  • Innovation: Leverage AI and innovation to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • A Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
  • Initial work experience in Procurement or related fields.
  • Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show ownership and accountability.
  • Excel in building partnerships and collaborating across cultures.
  • Embrace a forward-thinking attitude that leverages digital transformation and analytical skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and present ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Be fluent in English, written and spoken.
