About this Role
You will be responsible for designing and operating the entire process and link of rider service. This involves continuously improving the basic systems and product links of rider service workflow, implementation specifications, and other fundamental systems and product links.
Main Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve rider service solutions, focusing on rider experience, establishing effective operation mechanisms, empowering various business teams, and improving their problem-solving capabilities.
- Identify pain points of riders through insight, analysis, and collaboration with the team to promote problem-solving from the source and reduce problem occurrence.
- Enhance rider loyalty and experience through online and offline methods.
Requirements:
- Strong service awareness and excellent communication and expression skills.
- Able to discover problems, actively improve, and propose complete optimization plans, promoting implementation to achieve results.
- Collaborative spirit, able to integrate internal and external resources, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong logic, able to clearly judge rider pain points, analyze specific factors affecting rider experience, and provide reasonable solutions.
