We are a rapidly expanding property management company with a focus on delivering exceptional service to homeowners and guests.
The Role Overview:
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our homeowners. You will communicate effectively with property owners, relay information to internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of requests.
Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between homeowners and internal teams.
- Manage homeowner inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure homeowners receive updates on property matters and requests are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
