Our organization is seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, focusing on the iGaming and technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from role briefing, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans.
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms and creative channels.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and niche roles.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews in Portuguese and English.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Partner with the People & Culture team to align recruitment strategies with employer branding, retention, and DEI goals.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate satisfaction).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of Recruitment/HR experience, preferably in tech, gaming, or iGaming industries.
- Experience with global or regional recruitment and cross-cultural communication.
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms.
- Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and senior roles.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Languages: Portuguese (native/advanced), English (professional working proficiency); Spanish is a plus.
