Job Summary:

The Assistant Front Office Manager is a key member of the Front Office team, responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk, PBX, Guest Services, Bell, Door, Concierge, and Night Audit. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and seamless integration with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and set clear goals and expectations for Ambassadors.
  • Ensure consistent customer service delivery in line with Sofitel Luxury Standards.
  • Integrate Front Office Operations with internal departments, including Food and Beverage, Catering, and Sales.
  • Manage and supervise Front Desk, PBX, Guest Services, Bell, Door, Concierge, and Night Audit teams.
  • Assist with additional projects and requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-year experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager.
  • Four-year degree from a Hotel Management school or Business school.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language a plus, French preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
