
Strategic HR Manager

In this key role, you will spearhead human resource strategies to drive business success.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR policies to ensure optimal workforce management.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys to gauge HR's impact on the organization.
- Proactively manage labor disputes and collaborate with the legal team to secure favorable outcomes.
- Streamline probation-to-regular and contract renewal processes to maintain compliance and stability.
- Strengthen employee relations by promptly addressing non-compliant behaviors.
Provide actionable performance optimization suggestions to business departments and management for approval.
Training OptimizationAlign training content with Brazilian regulations, job requirements, and employee feedback to enhance its relevance and practicality.
Talent Development Strategist- Conduct talent inventories to clarify human resources structures and support talent allocation for business expansion.
- Ensure timely completion of salary surveys and develop suitable compensation strategies aligned with local market levels in Brazil.
- Lead talent mapping efforts using talent maps to accurately locate target talents and support recruitment and reserve for key positions.
- Identify operational optimization points in HR processes and cross-departmental collaboration to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Liaise with payroll agencies to comprehensively manage salary payment matters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll data, including employees' salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Team LeadershipEffectively manage and empower subordinate specialists to meet work requirements.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business administration, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of human resources management experience, with at least 2 years of HR management experience in Brazil or multinational companies.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, as well as human resources market situations in Brazil.
- Excellent data analysis skills to evaluate achievement of various HR indicators through data.
- Proficiency in knowledge and skills of all HR management modules, including performance management, training management, and employee relations management.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English for daily work communication and document processing.
