
Empowerment Partnerships Manager

This role offers the chance to develop and execute a sales strategy with partners, driving revenue growth through co-sell initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the partner-led pipeline and ensuring timely achievement of financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning the cloud solution area pipeline and leveraging investments to drive velocity in the small/midmarket customer segment.
- Accountability for partner solution area financial results month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter.
- Responsibility for solution area revenue forecast for assigned partners.
- Coaching partners on the value of the solution area and securing their commitment for further sales acceleration.
- Driving inbound referral sharing to contribute to qualified pipeline and top-of-funnel activity.
- Leveraging investments and incentives to drive pipeline forward and encourage deployment and consumption.
- Supporting partners in delivering key deals and removing commercial blockers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, along with 4+ years of experience in IT-related industry sales or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
