About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and entrepreneurial-minded Digital Account Manager to oversee relationships with small and medium-sized business owners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business owners, understanding their needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
  • Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conduct monthly reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record managing clients in web development, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
