About Key Account Manager Position:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term business relationships with key customers in the Brazilian market.
Your primary goal is to ensure effective matching of customer needs with company resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies for key accounts to meet customer needs and increase revenue.
- Analyze customer business needs, provide customized solutions, and facilitate contract signing and order fulfillment.
- Regularly visit key customers, establish high-level cooperative relationships, and enhance customer loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;
- Familiarity with the KA channels in Brazil, preferably with over 3 years of KA management experience and successful cases in the Brazilian market;
- Excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills, and business development capabilities;
- Proficient in using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems;
- Fluent in English (essential) and proficient in Portuguese (strongly preferred).
