Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end support to our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with end-users and technology groups to analyze, resolve, and report incidents within promised time frames. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all client issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective incident response and resolution services to clients via multiple communication channels.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and escalating them to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
  • Supporting Microsoft virtual technologies, including AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix.
  • Documenting all reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our incident management system.
  • Contributing to the development of our knowledge base by providing feedback, additions, and updates where applicable.
  • Following established ITIL processes and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Performing operational tasks, including infrastructure, product development, and information security non-automated procedures.
  • Evaluating, troubleshooting, escalating, and documenting issues effectively.
  • Delivering high-quality work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and strategies in use by our organization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Virtual technologies, such as AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix, is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, computer operating systems, and software is essential.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in typical desktop computer software, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and ability to adapt to changing requirements are essential.
