Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

  • You will serve as a key liaison between our organization and multinational companies across Latin America, coordinating and managing regional insurance programs and local policy implementations.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to ensure unified service delivery and analyze client data to identify risk trends, optimize insurance solutions, and provide customized reports.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in insurance, account management, or client-facing roles (preferably with multinational clients).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
