**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Define the long-term strategy for the Beauty category, leading key initiatives and setting the future direction.
  • Responsible for the P&L of the Beauty category, ensuring its growth and success.
  • Provide industry knowledge and leverage your network to ensure the success of the category.
  • Hire and develop a strong team to support the category's growth.
  • Acquire and incubate Beauty brand principals and business partners to drive category growth.
  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on the platform, drive business growth, and adoption of livestream and short videos.
  • Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category.
  • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor degree and above, with network within the Beauty space and strong knowledge of the Brazilian Beauty industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong sense of social content, practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
  • Solid experience in people management and leading a diverse team, solid experience of owning P&L.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, good communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally in a global working environment.
