Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop actionable strategies and growth plans for LATAM and its subregions to capture market share and achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes to identify and influence sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Ensure strategic plans are feasible and aligned with our company capabilities and strategic direction.
  • Engage and align with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure comprehensive strategic plans that cover all facets of the business.
  • Track performance of implemented strategies and regularly review progress against agreed metrics; identify areas where strategies may not be delivering expected outcomes, allowing for timely adjustments and interventions.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to identify and capture new business opportunities in the region, including new markets, growth areas, customers, business models, partnerships, and M&A potential targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, customers, prospects, industry experts, etc., to understand market needs and stay ahead of market changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.

- Fluency in English and Spanish required.

- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the Food & Beverage Industry, preferably the Flavor industry.

- Skilled in market research and analysis, market sizing, segmentation, competitive landscape analysis, and new business opportunity scouting.

- Proven track record of driving business growth in a competitive market.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build long-term relationships.

- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization (multi-hierarchical levels).
